They are surprisingly light, made from 1.2mm mild steel, the enormous Moose for instance is an easy lift for a single person.
Yes absolutely. They can be left as raw steel and allowed to slowly rust, or they can be clear coated or painted using automotive finishing systems. For ultimate protection they can be clear or coloured powder coated. Clear powder coat has an additional cost, I use a local high quality, local and trusted company and I simply pass on their costs. For example, to clear powder coat the large bulls head will cost in the region of £80.
How long is a piece of string? Every Welderbeast is designed as a 3D entity on a computer then each component is cut and bent before being welded into place. There is a lot of work involved and cost comes down to size and complexity. Welderbeasts are surprisingly affordable and start at around £320.
Because your Welderbeast is designed using computer modelling you get to see visuals before any steel is cut. Throughout the whole process you will see updates of how your Welderbeast is coming along.
Depending on workload and complexity but typically you should expect to wait between 4 and 6 weeks. Large and complex pieces will take longer and it is advised to book your slot well in advance if you need a Welderbeast for a specific date etc. a small deposit is taken to secure your place in the queue and you will be kept apprised of any delays etc throughout the whole process.
